David Dadian

Founder

Bringing more than 35 years of IT industry experience to the company. David founded powersolution in 1996. As its original CEO, David focused on achieving high-grade results for the company and our clients, growing the business to become one of the most respected providers of managed IT services in the industry.

David Ruchman

CEO

David began his career at powersolution in 2005 as an intern while earning his BS and MS in Computer Science from NJIT and quickly moved to the Senior Systems Engineer Role. In 2010 David was appointed as the company's CTO, and in April 2022 succeeded David Dadian as the new CEO.

Peter Jacobson

Director of Business Development

Peter joined our team in 2014, providing expertise in developing and implementing a broad range of IT solutions for clients across virtually all business segments. As a former executive and manager of customized IT services for IBM, his experience relates directly to the needs of SMBs.
